Artist, Rachel Goodchild still designs the bold, vibrant and refreshingly different paper products made by her eponymous company, Rachel Goodchild. The artwork is either made by hand or taken from original photographs. In the case of the former, Rachel uses as a basis naturally textured papers in a wide range of colours. Techniques of hand-tearing and cutting produce surface design imaging of a unique kind. Rachel's studio is in Bristol in a large, elegant Georgian building overlooking a beautiful park.
